Welcome to Canopy Yoga, your sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle, offering an immersive and tranquil yoga experience. We offer Vinyasa Flow (lightly heated to 80 - 85F), Vin / Yin, Kundalini Yoga, Candlelit Yin and Prenatal Yoga classes. We have carefully curated our studio to be a nature inspired modern environment, amplifying your class experience and creating a feeling of peace and serenity in the city.
Beyond the mat, our smoothie bar awaits - serving up a delightful array of vegan and organic concoctions, crafted to nourish you. After class feel free to stay and refresh using our handcrafted Venetian plaster showers, with organic and sustainably focused Sans[ceuticals] shower products from New Zealand.

VINYASA FLOW
Elevate your yoga experience with our lightly Infrared heated (~80 - 85F) Vinyasa Flow class, a dynamic class designed for those ready to take their practice to new heights. This class invites you to explore your strength, flexibility, and endurance, offering a more vigorous flow that seamlessly integrates movement and breath. Expect to dive deeper into more complex sequences and experiment with poses that require balance and concentration, with a sequence flowing to music.
VIN / YIN
Vin / Yin is an invigorating and nurturing yoga class designed to cater to both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice. The class begins with a vinyasa flow with a focus on alignment, paced to invigorate and energize. As the class transitions into its second half, the energy shifts towards a serene, restorative practice. Here, participants are guided through deep stretches and calming poses, aimed at releasing tension, enhancing flexibility, and promoting peace and relaxation. Vin / Yin offers the perfect blend of energetic movements and restoration, leaving you rejuvenated, centered, and deeply connected with yourself.


KUNDALINI
Kundalini uses sequences of physical postures, chanting and breathing techniques to help foster spiritual energy and vitality. Class may incorporate meditation and repetitive physical sequences ("kriyas") to awaken the mind and body. The practice is often more spiritual and focuses on the rising energy within, and we encourage students to listen to their own inner wisdom. Kundalini Yoga is sometimes known as "the yoga of awareness" and typically ends with the mantra "Sat Nam" meaning "I am truth".

PRENATAL YOGA
Our Prenatal Yoga class is specifically designed for moms-to-be seeking a gentle, supportive, and safe space to nurture their bodies and spirits during this transformative time. This non-heated class provides support at all stages of pregnancy, providing a comforting environment where practitioners can connect with their bodies, babies, and fellow moms-to-be. Our instructors will guide through carefully selected poses and breathing techniques that aim to relieve common pregnancy-related discomforts and strengthen the muscles used during childbirth.

CANDLELIT YIN
Expect a calming and restorative Yin class set to the warm glow of candlelight. This class will be slow and focused on holding postures for longer periods of time, targeting the deepest tissues of the body. Props will be used throughout class to support these longer held poses. This class will help you to calm the mind and relax the body while increasing circulation and promoting increased flexibility. Candlelit Yin classes may also incorporate sound elements such as crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes.

There is meter street parking available on 15th Street, Boulder Street, Central Street and 29th Street. Unmetered street parking is available on 17th Street, 29th Street and Umatilla St. We also offer half price parking at the Parkwell parking lot on 15th & Boulder St with Validation Code "CANOPY"
